Celebrating Success at the Annual FN50 Dinner
20th Nov 2025
On 4th November, Fleet news hosted the FN50 Dinner at the iconic Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, where Fleet News reveal the 50 biggest fleets in the UK as well as recognising pure excellence in customer service across the industry and we were thrilled to be among them.
The dinner brought together like-minded fleet professionals where Fleet News also launched a comprehensive report into the state of the fleet industry, celebrated new additions to the Fleet News Hall of Fame, highlighted the most reliable car and van and announced the winner of the Fleet News Wellbeing award.
This year, we are pleased to share that we’ve risen into the Top 20 Fleets listed in the FN50 report. Rising two places this year is a fantastic achievement marking an important milestone as our business continues to grow and deliver even more value to our customers and demonstrates our value we deliver within our services.
Our very own PVM Rental Team and Customer Experience team were delighted to be among those who were shortlisted in the Customer Service Team Award category, with Andrew Palframan, Customer Relationship Manager, being highly commended in the individual category; a testament to the expertise and passion that drive us to success every day.
One client summed up Andrew’s exceptional performance as Customer Relationship Manager:
“Andrew has been very supportive ever since he’s been involved in our account with Pendragon Vehicle Management. He’s always friendly and approachable and knows the value of being proactively involved only when appropriate. He supports both myself and our drivers when required and acts with honesty and integrity in everything that he does. I know that if I ever need something I’m in safe hands with Andrew.”
“The Customer Service team has shown unwavering commitment to customers, colleagues, and the wider business during a time of significant change. They are recognised both internally and externally for their proactive support, consistent performance, and human-centred approach to customer service."
Jo Sadler, Head of Customer Service PVM
“These recent achievements reflect the collective efforts of our team and our ongoing commitment to maintaining the high standard that earned us this fantastic recognition. We look forward to driving success in our fleet operations in the year ahead.”
