Salary Sacrifice Employee Referral Scheme - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in PVM’s Salary Sacrifice Employee Referral Scheme (“Scheme”). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Eligibility:
    • 1.1.You must be 18 years or older to participate.

       

    • 1.2.Employees of PVM (including any group company) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

     

    • 1.3.The referral scheme is only open to referring employees whose business has entered into a [salary sacrifice master hire agreement] (“MHA”) with PVM on or after [15/12/2025].

     

  2. Referral Process:
    • 2.1.To make a referral, you must share the referral business contact details with PVM. You must check with them that we are able to contact them to discuss entering into an MHA.

       

    • 2.2.A referred business must enter into an MHA with PVM for you to become eligible to receive either a 30-day test drive of an electric vehicle or a £150 love to shop gift voucher (each a “Reward”). Subject to age and insurance requirements set out in clause 3.2 below.

     

  3. Rewards:

     

    • 3.1.For a successful referral, the referring employee shall, at PVM’s discretion, be entitled to a 30-day test drive of an electric vehicle (subject to the terms and meeting the requirements set out below) or receive a £150 love to shop voucher code via email to the email address provided by the employee during the referral process.

       

    • 3.2.Test drive specific terms:

     

    • 3.2.1.Vehicle make and model is subject to availability and may be any electric vehicle within PVM’s offering.
    • 3.2.2.The driver of the test drive vehicle must be 25 years of age or older to meet PVM insurance requirements.
    • 3.2.3.PVM will arrange insurance cover for the test drive vehicle; cover is subject to standard eligibility checks.
    • 3.2.4.PVM will provide a £50 public charging credit for the test drive vehicle. 
    • 3.2.5.The test-drive vehicle will remain the property of PVM and must be returned in line with PVM’s standard fair wear and tear and usage policy.

     

    • 3.3.Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the referred business completes its first payment under the MHA.

     

    • 3.4.Only one Reward will awarded for each referred business.

     

  4. Redeeming Rewards:

    Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  5. Expiration and Validity:

     

    • 5.1.Rewards are valid for a limited time period of 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

       

    • 5.2.Expired Rewards will not be reissued or extended.

     

  6. Compliance:

    You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Scheme.

  7. Termination:
    • 7.1.PVM reserves the right to terminate the Scheme or your participation in the Scheme at any time for any reason.

       

    • 7.2.If you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour, PVM may revoke or terminate any Rewards earned.

     

  8. Modification:

    PVM reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme and these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
