Message from our CEO
At Pendragon Vehicle Management our focus, as always, is on the health and safety of our associates, customers and communities we serve. Our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Our offices are fully operational and remain open. Each Pendragon Vehicle Management owned facility is cleaned and sanitised daily and we have implemented additional safety practices to minimise health risks. In light of the ongoing Coronavirus developments, we will continue to evaluate our policies and procedures and will adjust as needed in order to ensure the safety of all those who do business with us.
We want to do our part to keep your lives as normal as possible and have implemented measures so that our team can, where appropriate, work from home and continue to deliver services to our customers and their drivers. In addition to this we have also instructed our teams to consider the health and safety of their contacts, by utilising online facilities to hold meetings, and minimise disruption.
We will also be working with all of our partners very closely to ensure the services we provide are not disrupted, and that we are able to meet the needs of your drivers as we all move through the inevitable challenges of the next few weeks.
There is no question this is a time of great uncertainty, but we commit to you, our customers to being transparent and operating our businesses as normal while keeping health and safety top of mind. While we don't know exactly what the future may hold, we feel confident that by supporting each other we will emerge from this stronger than before.

“Like many organisations, Pendragon Vehicle Management have taken action in line with our business continuity plans to protect our business and our customers during these unprecedented times.
Our team are working remotely, to ensure their health and safety and to comply with the Government’s instruction to work from home wherever possible.
The reality of the current situation is such that we have had to furlough a number of our team members, including members of our Sales & Account Management team, however we have resource and systems in place to ensure that our customers are supported during this difficult time.
